One more proof that we are truly getting along with our users!
We were delighted with the ability to visit one of our most faithful users and it was so exciting.
“Lesnina Inzenering” – one of the legal successors of the Lesnina – Slovenia, is the biggest Macedonian company for engineering services, constructive materials and producing and selling furniture.
Following their primary work objective - customer satisfaction (same as ours), last year “Lesnina Inzenering” has become our valuable customer.
The personnel at “Lesnina Inzenering” have decided to rely on ProjectOffice.net great functionalities and to organize their workflow exactly in our application.
After several months of great collaboration and extraordinary mutual support we have decided to visit their business environment and witness their usage of ProjectOffice.net.
We were pleasantly surprised of the ProjectOffice.net‘s large-scale usage within “Lesnina Inzenering”. They have managed to organize smoothly their work inside the application and help themselves to gather all of their employees within the same working environment – ProjectOffice.net.
“ProjectOffice.net has added new dimension in our team. All of my colleagues are reachable at any time and I have no problems with tasks’ delegations as in the past” – Sonja Markova, Engineering Department Manager
Most useful and highly used ProjectOffice.net section for their team is Projects&Tasks module. They fully utilize all of the functionalities that this module includes and they were very pleased with the implementation of the Gantt chart according to their requirements. We have accelerated the development of the Gantt chart, which was planned to be released a bit later, to satisfy their needs and they were very pleased with ProjectOffice.net progress.
“The Gantt chart is one of the crucial features in ProjectOffice.net for our work. We are happy that you’ve considered making this feature available and making our working smoother and easier” – Kristina Strezoska , Commercial Manager.
They have pointed out our issue tracking system as unique and highly organized ProjectOffice.net section. The Issues module has helped them so many times in resolving the problems, minor and critical, and finding the best solution for new emerging issues into issues history.
Briefly, we have been very satisfied with our collaboration and we have concluded that we are on the same level according to the ProjectOffice.net development.
However, the timesheets and approvals workflow was a bit confusing but after a discussion and on site presentations, they promised to give it one more try.
They have explained that they miss some functionalities which their everyday work requires and we were glad to tell them that the requested functionalities are priorities on our road map.
Their demand for the “Reports” will be satisfied very soon with the next release of ProjectOffice.net which will also include the “Templates” which they had required.
They helped us put the subtasks functionality higher on our priorities list and start with its development sooner than planned. Once again, we will adjust our road map to their requirement and it would be our pleasure to do that since we are strongly committed to our users’ needs and desires.
Just an insight look of their working atmosphere:
