As promised, ProjectOffice.net is getting better by the week. We have added several new features and improvements and here are the highlights:
- Show more items per page - We have increased visibility for all items and now you can see more items than the predefined number
- Save &Close option
- Restrictions to attachments –We have increased data security by adding attachments’ restrictions in size and type.
Show more items per page
You are now able to adapt your list view as you want. All you need to do is to simply select the number of items you want to view.
This is how the new solution is implemented:
This option is available in all lists in all modules. The Issues list is just a demonstration example.
Save&Close option
In order to simplify you workflow, we came up with an idea to implement one more option in every window where Save button appears. The action taken when clicking on Save, usually confuses our users and it is not very user friendly. So, we decided to eliminate these confusions and make the workflow smoother. Thus, we have implemented the Save&Close button. By clicking the Save button the user will save all recently made changes and the window will remain open for entering further changes. But, if the user has finished the work, by clicking the Save&Close button changes will be saved and the window will be closed, simultaneously.

Restrictions to attachments
We have noticed that not having attachment restriction might cause some inconveniences regarding your data entered in ProjectOffice.net. So, we have restricted the attachments mainly for security reasons for certain file types. Check out which file types are restricted in the FAQs section.
Additionally, we fixed up a few issues that you reported back to us – and we appreciate the support. We are working on to eliminate all issues that might occur.
Now it’s your turn. Check out the recent updates of ProjectOffice.net and see if they are useful for you.
At the end, thank you for your support, and let us know your additional ideas for improving ProjectOffice.net. We greatly appreciate all of your feature requests.
